Research Questions

What are the purity standards of your products?

At Global Aminos, we set high benchmarks for product purity. Our single molecule products typically meet or exceed a purity standard of ≥98% as determined by a HPLC analysis. Frequently, our products achieve even higher purity levels, often ≥99%. Every batch of our research chemicals and peptides undergoes third-party testing.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide dosing instructions. All of our products are for research purposes only. We are a research and development company, and these products are not pharmaceuticals.
As a research peptide vendor, we are unable to provide specific instructions regarding the amount of bacteriostatic water to add to your vial.

Shipping Questions

How quickly will my order arrive?

We understand that timely delivery is critical for research operations. Our streamlined fulfillment system ensures orders are processed and shipped within 12-24 hours of payment confirmation. Same-day shipping is available for orders placed before 12:00 PM PST. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days, while our expedited option delivers in 2-3 business days. Upon shipment, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your order’s progress. Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

We currently ship exclusively within the United States to ensure fast, reliable delivery for our domestic customers. This focused approach allows us to maintain our commitment to expedited processing and superior service quality.

Returns Questions

What is the Return & Refund Policy

At Global Aminos, we’re committed to delivering top-quality research peptides. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at [email protected].

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Beyond 14 days, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return. Due to sterility and regulatory requirements, opened or used peptides cannot be returned.

Products that are damaged, tampered with, or not in their original condition (for reasons not due to our error) are not eligible for a refund. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Upon approval, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping the product back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product). We will provide the return address in the return authorization email. Use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe return.

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 2–3 business days), we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Your financial institution may take additional time to reflect the refund. Partial refunds may be issued for items returned in non-original condition (if approved) or if returned after 14 days (at our discretion).

Opened or used peptides, products damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer, and items returned beyond the 14-day limit are not eligible for returns.

Is it legal to buy, purchase, or sell any of these products?

Our products are exclusively intended for research purposes and are not approved by the FDA for medical use or for the treatment, prevention, diagnosis, or cure of any disease or illness. These products are not safe for human consumption and should only be handled by qualified researchers in appropriate laboratory settings. We strongly recommend consulting with qualified legal counsel regarding the purchase and use of our products. Please note that Global Aminos cannot provide legal advice.

 

Your account may have been suspended for violating our terms of service. Global Aminos products are exclusively intended for research purposes only. We strictly prohibit any requests or activities related to human consumption of our products. If we determine that your account is being used for non-research purposes or if we suspect misuse of our products, we reserve the right to suspend your account to maintain regulatory compliance and safety standards.
